Transparency is Important

Every time I search for a new service partner, whether it is for business or personal purposes, I struggle with a few questions – how do I know I’m making the right choice? How can I be certain they will do the best job and truly be looking out for me? How can I protect myself/my business?

To protect myself and my business, I always seek the advice and experience of others as well as search the internet for the answers. While this is not a foolproof way to do it, it makes me feel like I am doing my due diligence.

One key characteristic I have found that is vital to answering my questions mentioned above is finding someone who has proven to be transparent with their clients. I want to find a service partner that always provides me with current information with nothing hidden, because honestly – I don’t like surprises when it comes to my money.

It is with this in mind that at Tetra Capital we provide all of our clients with an online portal that allows them to check the status of their account and get up to date information whenever they want to. We feel this puts the power in your hands to know the status of your account when you need it and want it.

With our system, our clients can log in directly and get quick access to pull required reports for things such as their taxes. They also get live up-to-the-minute information on when their invoices have been paid and exactly what fees they paid on each individual invoice. One of the most important elements of our online client system is clients have access to see all of our collection notes, and they can even add notes on their end as well.

Our online client portal truly allows for the full transparency needed for a successful partnership and what I would look for in a service partner.
